SW: ~220 lbs [3/3/2012]
It feels like forever since I’ve been on my fitblr… life has been so crazy lately, but that’s really just an excuse after all. I’ve been so tired, and after having such a crappy day I wanted to just eat junk food and gulp down wine. It’s funny how proud I am of myself for not doing something so simple, but what I really need to is to get myself off my damn butt and be more physical.
I lost those initial 20 pounds last year and ever since I feel like I’m letting myself down by not continuing with the exercise and right food habits. It’s time I get back on that train.
Letting myself binge at the con on Easter Weekend probably put me behind a little, and I’d already been slacking on exercise… I will get back to it this afternoon, damnit!
Balsamic Baked Potato Wedges
A good meal plan to follow- not every day though because you need to switch things up so your metabolism stays up.
All delicious and all things I eat already. Nom!
